Why GLP-1s cost muscle

Our protocol

Protein target 1g per lb of goal body weight (often via shakes), 3 days/week resistance training (we coach this), DEXA at baseline and every 3 months, creatine, hormone optimisation (especially testosterone in men, low-dose in women), and recovery work.
