What we test

Thyroid with antibodies (TPO/Tg), antiphospholipid panel, MTHFR and methylation, progesterone in luteal phase, full hormone panel, karyotype (both partners), and uterine evaluation referral when warranted.

What we do

Treat each identified driver — progesterone support, levothyroxine if TSH is high, methylfolate, anticoagulation when indicated (with MFM), and supportive monitoring through first trimester.
